Too bad you weren't around in the late 60s/early 70s as 1400 kHz was wide open 
mm's. The nearing station on MM's was Mansfield Ohio! One DXer in Seattle 
logged NJ on 1400! I got the WNUE 1400 Ft. Walton Beach DX Test in 1971. A bit 
later, 1400 from NV decided to stay on MM's and that was the beginning of the 
end. Bill Block and I were recently talking about that. I sure wish I would 
have had this beverage back then.
