I save them either to the desktop, my D: drive (for data) partition or my 
Perseus folder.I've never had any problem with recognizing files on the 
desktop.I've also not had any problem with files ending up in other folders.
In seven years on the Yahoo Perseus group, I don't recall any mention of these 
problems but ask away on the group and see if someone else can help.
