Hello All,

Asian signals rebounded somewhat this morning, with the low band NHK2 stations
leading the recovery program. Both 1575-VOA and 1593-CNR1 also managed fair
signals late in sunrise enhancement, but the Korean big guns were still missing
in action.

At my 1410 start time it was strictly a Japanese show, with 594, 693 and 828
all at fair levels in and out. Both 693-JOAB and 828-JOBB reached good peaks
during their English lessons from 1415-1425, and 594-JOAK did the same with
Japanese male-female conversation. Around this time a presumed 603-HLSA had a
moderate carrier but no audio, similar to the other usual Korean frequencies of
972, 1134 and 1566. With the increasing daylight around 1440 the previously
silent high band seemed to get untracked a little, while the low band Japanese
tapered off somewhat. Both 1575-VOA and 1593-CNR1 came out of the noise to hit
fair peaks in the splatter around 1445, continuing to drop in and out until
around 1450 (the latest TP fade time in quite a while) . The strongest signal
of the morning was a very brief good peak from 828-JOBB during English lessons
at 1425, although 693-JOAB's Japanese speech at 1415 wasn't far behind.
