It was another prolific TP morning here. Most of the action was at the
lower end of the dial. There were lots of carriers at the upper end,
but few had audio. HLAZ struggled to be heard, but VOA-1575 was audible
for the first reasonable time in quite a while. There was a noticeable
sunrise enhancement just after 1400, even though some signals peaked an
hour earlier
