I recorded TOH stuff last night in anticipation of SOMEthing going on when the
A-index is reported as over 100. In a quick, cursory review of things this
morning I find lots of Cubans, Colombia on several freqs and some pretty
'wavery' signals from 'the north' but nothing from 'deep' South America
[Brazil, Argentina, etc.]. No visual on the aurora borealis here in DC either
-- too far south and too much other light I guess.

Instead, I took a quick re-listen to some 5 year old wav files from Grayland,
WA and so far have found the following that I missed the first time - from Feb.
21, 2010 @ 1500utc on 1017kHz:

http://realmonitor.com/grayland/100221/1500/philippines-1017-radyo-rapido.wav

Enjoy and let's hope for more auroral cx tonight!
