Pay no attention to the powers for North Korea transmitters! I don't think anyone knows the power for the jammer(s). Oddly enough, they don't seem to have publicized the power or notified the ITU. My guess is about 100 kW. And yes, it would be Japan as they are the very normal occupant of the channel when there is real programming to be heard. Chuck
