It was an odd morning. The bottom of the band was downright horrible,
with 693 774 and 972 struggling to produce audio. Above 1300, it was
rather interesting with carriers on most channels. The NHK transmitters
on 1386 and their best signal in quite a while. I even had traces of
the NHK outlets on 1467 and 1476.

1386 NHK2, time pips 1400, then English lesson, almost "good" at
times but somewhat erratic signal
1422 JORF, Japanese man & woman 1353, erratic signal was quite good
for very brief peaks
1503 JOUK, deep voiced Japanese male 1405
POOR
693 JOAB faint talk 1353
774 JOUB, faint talk 1402
972 HLCA, Korean talk in bad splatter 1333
1242 JOLF, mellow song 1404, Japanese talk 1407
1314 male talk 1407, too weak to determine the language
1467 NHK2, pips 1400, then English lesson //1386 quite poor in
domestic splat
1476 weak tone marking ToH 1400, matching the timing and pitch heard
on 1386, so presumably part of NHK pips
1602 weak tone at toh 1400, probably from NHK time pips
