Slightly better this Wed. morning though 1566 HLAZ level not as good as
yesterday. All high band, just a few weak hets below about 1500 kHz.
Everything gone by 1310 utc.
1566 presumed-HLAZ with talk and brief music starting 1230 utc. At 1248
utc, 2 or 3 Asian stations plus an EE station, all poor.
1593 pop music 1252 utc, poor
1611 Asian talk 1251 utc, very poor/poor
1638 Asian talk 1259 utc, poor/weak
