Jim: WRSA-1420 is on the air, broadcasting rock and country oldies from sister station WCAT-1390. It IDs as the "Burlington Big Cat, Channel 98," "WCAT, 1390," and "W252CJ, Burlington" (its FM translator on 98.3 MHz). Plattsburgh is also quite close to Burlington, so it's not surprising to hear mentions of it.
