PJB on 800 khz almost counts as a domestic! :-) They used to come in, during the 80's, at such goofy levels you would swear they were a domestic.
And, of course, Cuba is a no brainer on medium wave (530 khz) which also (I think) has Turks and Caicos on it - that is, at times, in Victoria B.C. Canada car radio level on the west coast. Yea, so I guess there is more to choose from when hunting international stations within the continents.
