The season of surprises continues. After a dud of a
morning yesterday, today brought a huge rebound. Once again the DUs
ruled, but this time the Australians dominated early, with New Zealand
taking over after about 1300.

much of the morning finally had some audio at 1316, with two men
conversing. // 1035. Another new one. A second decent carrier on
1296.02 never quite made audio.
1386 Radio Tarana Auckland, NEW ZEALAND Very weak, with talk by man at
1101. Stronger at 1314 with south Asian music, and even good at 1330
with woman in presumed Hindi.
1458 unID Came up for a couple of minutes with EZL music at 1209.
1494 unID Traces of music at 1316
1503 unID Weak, with man and woman speaking alternately at 1204.
A great morning for Newstalk ZB! No luck on 1044 though. Possibly
traces on 1008, but Calgary on 1010 makes that very tough.
