As noted here around 2200 UTC, a strong station on 891 is running a 1 kHz test
tone, so a weaker "carrier" appears at 892. There is probably a lower sideband
on 890 but WAMG is covering that up.
Reports on the NRC Facebook page also show that it is being heard in the UK,
NL, QC, and MI.
Most likely suspect is the Algerian station.
