What started as a promising DX session this morning ended somewhat abruptly.  
JOUB-774 had a fair signal (sometimes peaking to S9) between 1121 and 1218, but 
faded away afterward.  Other than a few inaudible trace early nothing much was 
observed.  There was a carrier from the northwest on 702 (JOKD?) that persisted 
until sunrise (1327).
