JOUB 774 with weak audio, female speaking, @1102. Later in the morning at 1218
hets were also present on 594, 972 & 1566. At 1315 hets were present on 693,
747, 828 and 1422. HLAZ was in with brief, weak audio at 1313 with a male and
female speaking and reverting back to a het at 1318.
