Conditions are markedly down from yesterday. I listened from 1125 to 1234.
JOUB 774 produced the only discernible audio at around 1201, briefly making it
to fair quality with identifiable JJ with male speaking and musical interludes.
Asian oriented hets were heard on 594, 693, 747, 828, 972 and 1098.
No DU hets were heard this morning.
