Heard it 0030-0036UTC September 12 under WJR. Weak but very clear audio, heard the weather forecast for later this week, upper 80s I think.
I'm prettt sure this is WCPS Tarboro, NC. I heard "WC...." and what sounded like PS. I've recorded Audio, I'll review it.
