The station’s website says the antenna and transmitter are moving this week. 
It’s doing that without an FCC construction permit or application. The last 
activity on the application search web page is for renewal of the license in 
early 2014. 

I read the FCC Daily Digest every day. I’ll be on the lookout for a 
construction permit application.
