When I started listening soon after 1200 it certainly seemed the
'blanket' had moved over the Rockies, as I heard very little other than
so-so carriers. The blanket lifted after 1300 however, allowing for a
decent sunrise enhancement (sunrise currently 1320), and it turned into
a pretty good DU morning.
4BC was at very good levels, and 5AN wasn't far behind at times, for its
best showing of the season. A couple of Japanese even showed up late.
More often I get Japanese early with the DUs later, so that was an
interesting switch. Nearly all the action was on the lower end of the
band today
