The following signals were observed on 10/22/18 (LSR 1243):
567 JOIK barely audible at 1243.
594 JOAK barely audible at 1226, not heard afterward.
612 unID (4QR?) carrier signal from WSW at 1237-1242.
693 JOAB barely audible // JOGB at 1227.
702 unID (2BL?) carrier signal from WSW at 1238-1242.
828 JOBB poor at 1245.
873 JOGB poor, English lesson, at 1222.
972 HLCA poor at 1246-1247.
1566 HLAZ barely audible at 1234-1235.
No signals audible on 666, 747 or 774 when checked.
