----------------------------------------------------------- From: discopaddler Message 9 in Discussion Dear Fencers, Announcing the IAFF Sizzling Summer BBQ, Finally the long awaited summer BBQ has arrived. It is to take place at the Kingston Hotel Dun Laoghaire, on Saturday the 17th of July. This is the same weekend as the Federation Foil which is on at UCD. All fencers/friends/partners are welcome. There is a cover charge of �10 to cover the cost of the food, however if you are competing in the Federation foil on the same day a reduction of 50% applies, i.e. you only have to pay �5 Food is cooked on site by the hotel chef, and there is a bar available. It will be held in the hotel beer garden so you can even work on your tan and enjoy the sea views. Doors open from 6.30pm. Bookings are being taken immediately. You can contact me, (0863621395 or just rely to email), or tickets will also be available at the Federation Foil, and on the gate. However we urge you to book early. The Menu will be as follows. Marinated Arrabiata Chicken, Kebabs Skewered with Peppers, Red Onion and Musroom Jumbo Sausages with Sauteed onions Lettuce, Tomato and Spanish Onions Baked Potatoes with Grated Red Cheddar Cheese and Burmuda Onion I would appreciate it if you could pass on the word.
