"Should have added this yesterday, but was tired.
Failing system is running Windows 7 x64. The above appears to be a 32 bit
IronPython, I don't think IronPython comes in 64 bit flavours. IronPython is
not installed on C:\, rather on G:\.
The above traceback looks like it's trying to load a DLL which is missing,
hence why I mention the G:\ thing. Even if it is missing a file, a fatal
segfault is not the correct way to handle it.

ipy64.exe is the 64-bit (actually AnyCPU) version of
