"I have a pending pull request to resolve this, but Microsoft.Dynamic is not
building unless I revert another commit that was rolled in about a week and a
half ago.
If I build the solution with that commit reverted (it seems to be intended for
win8 support) and my small patch included, then it seems to work fine under
Silverlight 4 and 5 (as well as desktop Fx)."
