User ameier has proposed the issue:
"I guess there is a difference when allocating a c_buffer. The address returned
seems not to be valid. I would like to handle the reference to this buffer to a
c-library.
If I use Python, everything work fine.
Please see the addresses from my log with Python and IronPython.
Maybe this issue is related to issue 32048"
