User JimJams has proposed the issue:
"Sometimes your build hangs for up to 10 hours and chokes the build queue on
teamcity.codebetter.com (codebetteragnt).
Please add a failure condition to your build configuration to fail if it hangs
for too long. It looks like your regular builds should not last more than 30-40
minutes.
