Therefore we are sending you some up to date information about it and want to kindly ask you to circulate this information among your scientific community. BiGS-DR accepts around 35 new students from all parts of the world every year. For applicants from developing countries there are scholarships available which are funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The deadline for the next intake in 2011 will be August 30th, 2010. All courses are taught in English, which also applies for the PhD thesis. ZEF would even more appreciate if you would encourage one of your young students, researchers or staff members for a doctoral study at ZEF, possibly also by sharing own experiences from ZEF with them.
