I gotta tell you guys, after trying Irssi recently I'm ecstatic.  It's everything
BitchX should and could have been, but with an easy-to-use scripting language (Perl :))

I'm currently learning the basics of script writing in Irssi; would anyone mind if I
contribute some comments on what it looks like from a new user's perspective?
