/ignore with patterns

Hi there,

        Just short suggestion - currently it is impossible
        use more than one /ignore for cases like:
        
        /ignore -pattern "blah blah" * ALL
        /ignore -pattern "b00m b00m" * ALL
        
        Second one will replace first one, but (IMHO) different
        patterns should be recognized as different ignores.
