I've patched the proxy module.
I changed the CTCP forwarding to the clients. So every client connected to proxy on different chatnets is able to receive the incomming CTCPs on his chatnet. If a new client connects to the proxy where a client is already connected and receiving the CTCPs and it sends 'proxy ctcp on' then it will get the CTCPs for that chatnet and the client who was receiving the CTCPs before will get a notice from proxy, that some other client will now receive the CTCPs.
