Hello,

After reaching out to me to ask some questions about building Irssi on Windows, Delan (CCed on this message) has worked diligently to update the Irssi for Windows installer to the latest Irssi 0.8.16-rc1 release, and has automated the process of building the installer. His automation code is available at https://github.com/delan/cygmake.

We'd like to know:

1) What would you like to do with the automation code? Should Delan get SVN access and add his code to Irssi's w32installer repo? Or maybe that repo can just mirror from GitHub instead?

2) Do you want a copy of the 0.8.16-rc1 installer to make available for download at irssi.org?

Thanks and regards,

I think combining into the Irssi w32installer repo and having it available on irssi.org is the best plan; it will keep everything together that way.
