Hi I'm staying in a studio@kingsford and going to move by the 23th of Nov. The studio is bedroom-sized with your own bathroom and kitchen. The rent is only $110 per week and it is the cheapest you can find in Kingsford. My contract will end in early Feb next year. So you can stay until Feb and renew the contract with your own name (of course, I will help you to do so).
