follows:
- One room available for rental @ 4-bed room beautiful house
- A sunny and large room – fully furnished with a Queen-size bed, build-in
wardrobe, study desk, bookshelf and etc.
- Quiet and comfortable living environment sharing with a friendly
Australian couple in a 2-storage house with a large common living room, modern
kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms and large backyard.
- Good location closed to public transport and beautiful beaches (the house
is located in Phillip Bay next to Malabar)
- 5 mins by walking to nearby beaches
- 15 – 20 mins by bus to UNSW (5 mins by walking to the bus stop)
- Welcome both local and overseas students
Preference: Male student, non-smoker and a person who is
reasonable neat and tidy.
- Rent : $210 - full board / $140 – room only with own bathroom (all
inclusive eg, Electricity, Gas, Water and etc.)
- BONUS: Your own telephone connection in the room. Internet Cable
Connection could also be arranged (Currently, there is a cable connection in
the house)
- The room is available after 16 February, 2002
