ROOM AVAILABLE We have a room available in nice 3br terrace house with sunny backyard. We are both friendly/clean/tidy/quiet/considerate postgraduate students at UNSW. Our place is PERFECT for students and visiting academics at UNSW. It takes about 30mins door-to-door to most places within the main campus of UNSW. We are close to shops, trains, buses, cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to city and Central Train Sta. The house has security doors and grills on the windows and VERY secure. The room is partly furnished and the house is fully equipped with washing machine/dish washer/microwave oven/clothes line in the backyard/TV/Video/ and even rice cooker!
