Because of location this could really likely only suit persons with a car (or persons at Macquarie or other institutions?). Car parking space is on a front driveway, off the street but is not garaged. Space available is a LARGE room in two bedroom house with spacious lounge room, dining room, kitchen (microwave and large fridge). Only one other person sharing house at any given time. - Has very comfortable large living/TV room, kitchen & bathroom. - Share with other person who is often away so often having house to yourself. - Excellent washing machine and dryer in laundry. - Fully furnished with absolutely nothing to buy. - Beautiful garden; could have a lovely shady study nook under trees. Male or female welcome, with maybe a slight preference for female. Suit anyone seeking short term accomodation but multiple vacancy periods will become available. HOUSE RULES ARE =============== - Any trustworthy, sharing and honest person sought (students preferred), - Should be a NON-SMOKER, - NO parties please (visitors welcome, just not parties), - Should not have, or desire, any pets during stay. (Apologies about the no pets policy as this does not imply no love for animals. Rather the 'no-pets' policy is because the house has a good garden with many diverse species and it is feared that animals might root up the plants.... however an exception would be considered if anyone has only small caged, in-the-yard-only, pets like a guinea pig.)
