I live on kennedy street.. I know that middle street, meek street area, when you are coming up from kingsford is very dark at night and also the library steps up to kennedy street has a lot of trees and not very well litted.I have been thinking about it...i.e to write a letter to the city council to tell them about the problem and urge them to install more lights....
I will write a letter myself.. because i live in the area.. However, maybe for it to be more effective, those concerned could write letters to them too.. or call...or fax...
(more people affected will have more effect , i guess.. so if many people complain, they will take actions faster..)
I think kingsford is under randwick city council...
