there are 4 rooms for rent
room 1 is 150 with bills from augest 1...includes a desk n wardrobe in the room
room 2 is 130 with bills from july 3...includes built ins n 2 separate wardrobes
rooms 3 n 4 is 95 with bills from july 4 and june 20(these one large room divided into 2 by a temporary wall so is gud for friends....).....includes a wardrobe n desk each
u shud be human..female or male...fun n non-smoking....
close to uni...coles...beach....bus...hospital...laundry.....
its in a house which has 2 toilets n a backyard....gud for studing outside on the weekends...
share the kitchen with mircowave n frigde n huge lounge with hi fi n tv n vcr
very nice place to be in ur uni life...
