PS: For those I havent caught up with lately, I am staying in Australia for
another year! And I will be leaving in the same cozy place that will soon
have a spare room for someone to move in.
Room for rent:
Room in a cute, renovated three-bedroom terrace in
Erskineville.
The bedroom on offer is large, with a double wardrobe.
There is plenty of room to fit a queen-sized bed.
The house has a large kitchen (with great gas stove) and central living
area. There are polished floorboards throughout the house,
with a modern bathroom. Large laundry with another
shower and toilet.
There is a sunny paved courtyard
Rent is $140 a week plus shared utilities.
Erskineville is a cosmopolitian suburb situated less
than 10 minutes by train to Central (two stops). All
facilities such as grocery shopping, restaurants, pubs
and ATMs are literally 30 seconds walk away. The
train station is almost opposite the house.
