I've had a quick run through and all seems to be order. +1

A small point, but worth checking out, was that the script msdf.sh had the wrong line endings and hence failed to run on Linux. After I opened it in gedit and saved it all was well. Incidentally, in my checked out code the file has its execute flag set but as it gets zipped up this is lost. As there is only a shell script for this process why not use use tar instead so the permissions would be preserved.
