This is wonderful. I applaud the 'all-inclusive' Genocide Memorial Week .
Having Holocaust Museums to remember only the Jews while ignoring the rest
of humanity such as the Romas and Gypsies, and keeping their memory away at
a safe distance from that of the Jews, just like the high caste Brahmins
would do to the low caste Dalits, and as if the soul of one person was too
inferior to that of the other to be close to each other, was quite repulsive
to a person like me who has always stood for social justice.
I felt the UN conference on Anti-Semitism was also blatantly racist - in
that it ignored hate against other people, especially Arabs and Muslims, the
Islamophobia, twinning of Islam with terrorism etc., much of which comes
through Jews like Daniel Pipes, William Kristol, Charles Krauthammer, David
Frum and others too numerous to mention, and also organizations such as JDL
(Jewish Defense Leaque), JINSA (Jewish Institute for National Security
Affairs), PNAC (Project for the New American Century), Neocons, B'nai
B'rith, as well as Hollywood and the media controlled by Zionists (Jews and
right-wing Christians).
It is sad that the very Jews who show abhorrence towards anti-Semitism, feel
quite at ease watching anti-Muslim, anti-Arab hate. It is very disturbing.

For the third year, Genocide Memorial Week is being observed at Queen's
Park in Toronto on Tuesday, March 27 at 7:30 pm.
The idea for a Genocide Museum emerged from the desire of Canadians of
different backgrounds to have an INCLUSIVE commemoration for victims of
genocide rather than an EXCLUSIVE one, such as the Holocaust Museum, that
is only for the Jews.
The idea has now been accepted, thanks to the effort of dedicated
individuals, many from the Muslim/Arab communities.
We have a limited number of invitations -- 10 in all -- for the event.
These will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please respond immediately and no later than Sunday Evening, March 27 if
you wish to attend. Names have to be submitted to Queen's Park for
preparation of Security Badges. This will facilitate speedy entry into the
Building on the evening of the Event.
A number of MPs, MPPs, other Political leaders, media personalities and
leaders of different communities are expected to attend.
