I take my daughter to swimming classes. But one thing I noticed in the article was the mention of sisters wearing colourful bathing suits. I suppose there is no need to mention the fact that it is not permissible for sisters to appear in front of each other in bathing suits.
To the sisters who take this course please remember that your awrah infront of each other is from the naval to the knees. The sisters who I know swim in loose pants (that won't cling after coming out of the water), and T-shirts.
