I am forwarding to you my reply to an important questio sent to me by one of students, who is a teacher of Dhaka University.   Shah Abdul Hannan     Dear Atiq,   Assalamu Alaikum.Islamic states can not invade any country now as, through multi lateral and bi-lateral international agreements, signing of UN charter etc, we Muslim states have agreed willinglyto  the principle of equality of states,non-interference in each other's affairs, non-agression.We have to abide by these agreements in terms of Quranic provison of fulfilling agreements(Maida 1 and numerous other verses).So there is no question of agression of another state.Please read the book Islamic Theory Of International Relations by Dr Abdul Hamid Abu Suleman, IIIT publication., Virginia, USA.   Further , it is not  necessary to conquer any  state to introduce Islam.
