" When we speak of Human Rights in Islam we mean those rights granted
by Allah. They are a part and parcel of the Islamic Faith. Every Muslim
or administrators who claim themselves to be Muslims, will have to
accept, recognize and enforce them."

The following include some of the Allah endowed rights that are abused and oppressed when Masjid Resident Imams and administrators block worshipper's access to the masjid and obligatory Jumah and congregational prayer, by dictate, without any Sharia due process, or proving the worshippers guilty of any punishable offense.

When   we speak of Human Rights in Islam we really mean that these rights
have been granted by God; they have not been granted by any king or by
any legislative assembly. The rights granted by the kings or the
legislative assemblies, could also be withdrawn in the same manner in which
    they are conferred.

The same is the case with the rights accepted and recognized by the dictators.
They can confer them when they please and withdraw them when they wish; and
they can openly violate them when they like.

But since in Islam God has conferred human rights, no legislative
assembly in the world or any government on earth has the right or
authority to make any amendment or change in the rights conferred by God.

No one has the right to abrogate them or withdraw them. Nor are they basic
Human Rights, which are conferred on paper for the sake of show and
exhibition and denied, in actual life when the show is over. Nor are they
like philosophical concepts, which have no sanctions behind them.

When we speak of Human Rights in Islam we mean those rights granted
by Allah. They are a part and parcel of the Islamic Faith. Every Muslim
or administrators who claim themselves to be Muslims, will have to
    accept, recognize and enforce them.

    {Invite (mankind, O Muhammad ) to the Way of your Lord (i.e. Islam) with wisdom (i.e. with the Divine Inspiration and the Qur'an) and fair preaching, and argue with them in a way that is better. Truly, your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Path, and He is the Best Aware of those who are guided.}
    (Holy Quran-16:125)

{And who is better in speech than he who [says: "My Lord is Allah (believes in His Oneness)," and then stands straight (acts upon His Order), and] invites (men) to Allah's (Islamic Monotheism), and does righteous deeds, and says: "I am one of the Muslims."} (Holy Quran-41:33)

The prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "By Allah, if Allah guides one person by you, it is better for you than the best types of camels." [al-Bukhaaree, Muslim]

The prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)  also said, "Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward similar to the reward of the one who follows him, without the reward of either of them being lessened at all."
[Muslim, Ahmad, Aboo Daawood, an-Nasaa'ee, at-Tirmidhee, Ibn Maajah]
