meet the requirements for the following position:
ASSISTANT MANAGER, FINANCE, AKU-IED
The incumbent will be responsible for the overall supervision and monitoring
of finance areas including general accounting, budget, annual closing and
audits, internal & external reporting, treasury management, supporting PDCs in
financial matters, coordinating with funding agencies and planning workload etc.
Candidate should have:
· ACMA, MBA Finance or equivalent qualification;
· At least 4 5 years of relevant work experience;
· Good knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Taxation and Legal affairs;
· Strong analytical and supervisory skills;
· Ability to work under pressure and long hours;
· Willing to travel to AKU-IED units in Northern Areas and Chitral;
· Proficiency in MS Office;
LABORATORY ASSISTANT
The incumbent will be responsible for day to day management and operations of
the Science Laboratory at AKU-IED. S/He will be responsible for maintaining
inventory and keeping accurate records of both consumable and non-consumable
items, procurement and loan of apparatus from other stakeholders required by
the faculty or students. S/He will assist science faculty in developing and
taking care of resources/models etc. made for teaching, and assist in resource
management and setting up of materials for classroom activities.
Candidate should have:
· A Bachelors degree;
· At least 1 2 years of relevant work experience;
· Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel;
· Good organizational skills.
