Languages : Excellent to fluent in both English Country : Egypt Job Category: Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Engineering Management Job Type: Full Time Description : -Oversee the selection of general contractors and trade contractors to complete specific part of project. -Active and smart -Intense experience in steal structure and industrial works including building factories. -Strong background in business and management as well as construction industry -Knowledge about materials, construction regulation and rules and job costing -Aware of computer software -Knowledge of online collaboration, scheduling of project and time estimation of each task -Ability to coordinate several major activities at once , while analyzing and resolving problems. -Good communication skills -General safety awareness and site HSE program, implementation knowledge is necessary -Ability to work in 2 different sites. -Experience in building system such as fire protection, electrical, plumbing, walls and heating. -Ability to evaluate and help determine appropriate construction delivery time and systems Qualifications : -Experience minimum 5 years as Construction Manger -Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction management, construction science -Presentable -Strong personality Gender : Male Education major : Civil Engineering Experience : 5-10 Years.
