Job Title : Professional Development & Resource Manager
Languages : - Excellent English language Country : Nasr City, Egypt Job Type: Full Time Description : High level Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for Technical development plans of trainers team. 2. Manage training pipeline in coordination with stakeholders and allocate training resources to fulfill the pipeline. 3. HR management of trainers pool in terms of recruitment needs, profiling, incentives 4. Provide Monthly and ad-hoc reporting regarding training activities to training GM and other stakeholders. Detailed Duties 1. Build/maintain trainers skill matrix and develop technical development plans, certifications/ upgrade needed to meet the training business needs. 2. Manage trainers cost, calendars and leaves. 3. Manage course/ LABs calendar in coordination with training admin team. 4. Manage outsourced trainers in terms of contracting, profiling, cost and allocations. 5. Manage courses cost structure. 6. Develop/ enhance satisfaction surveys. 7. Prepare Monthly reports concerning courses costs, profits and customer satisfactions in addition to staff utilization reports. 8. Analyzing students/ partners feedback about trainers to identify/ eliminate quality hazards. 9. Business- Provide needed data to calculate profitability per staff/ LAB/ course/ vendor/ technology. 10. Business- Explore new training business opportunities, prepare SWOT analyses for them. 11. Business- Build training strategic plan from the technical prospective and build the short/long terms plans needs to achieve this strategic plan. Qualifications : 1. BSC of Computer Science or Computer Engineering. 2. Minimum 6 years of experience in the training services field (as instructor, operations and business/projects manager) 3. Microsoft certified Trainer (MCT) 4. Symantec certified trainer 5. Project management professional is big plus. Gender : Male / Female Experience : 6-10 Years. Other Skills : Has a strong knowledge about at least four of the following:- 1. Managing training courses. 2. Prepare and review training materials and presentations. 3. Audit training curriculum. 4. Managing resources. 5. Service operations management. 6. Training operations quality.
