Job Title : General Manager (Training Company)
Languages : - Excellent English language Country : Nasr City, Egypt Job Type: Full Time Description : 1. Plan, direct, or coordinate all the operations of the training company. 2. Formulating policies and planning the use of materials and human resources. 3. Responsible for fulfilling the company's revenue targets by directing and assisting and coordinating the work of the employees and controlling all costs associated with the generation of revenue. 4. Oversee and Assure adherence to highest standards of customer satisfaction quality of service delivery and fulfillment of requirements. 5. Participate with company principals and management team in long range planning and goals setting. 6. Coordinate activities of other departments such as operations, HR and accounting to best affect the training company operational efficiency. 7. Confer with managers and review activities and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required. Qualifications : 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a related/similar position. 2. BA/BS in Business Administration/Management preferred. 3. Proven leadership ability. 4. Highly organized and able to set priorities. 5. Knowledge of the local training market is highly required. 6. Some experience with business development, sales, marketing or operations is preferred. Gender : Male / Female Experience : 5-10 Years.
