We are neither Anti-Semite nor Semite

In today’s world, one of the biggest slanders against those who try to
decipher and exploit the organizations of the Jews and their allies is being
anti-semite and moreover being racist. Whereas it is the same for a Muslim to
be accused of being a kafir or accused for being a racist. We Muslim have no
problem with anyone by blood (being from any nation) indeed Islam prohibited
this. Moreover it will not be possible to take this race -from biological
angles- as a target. How can that be possible? This is the same race which
Allah (awj) sent so many prophets among. From this point we do not accept the
accusation of being anti-semite. Muslim can not be the enemy of the Shem race
because; the Shem race includes the Jews and also the Arabs. It is not
permissible for us to be enemies of the shem race which is the race of our
prophet (saw) nor of other races.

It does not mean that not being from the anti-semite we do not stand against
Zionism and neither against the Jews. The word anti-Semite literally signifies
a person who adopts a hostile attitude towards all the descendants of Shem: the
Arabs, and the entire twelve tribes of Ban-i Israel. To apply the term to a
person who is merely antagonistic to that fraction of the Semitic race known as
the Jews is therefore absurd, and leads to the ridiculous situation that one
may be described as 'anti-Semitic' and 'pro-Arabian'. We are against those who
attend the muharraf (corrupted) Jewish religion and the Jews from Ban-i Israel.
At this point if they accuse being against anti-Zionism is also anti-Semitism
than, we can not be of help. If being against Zionism is anti-Semitism than we
will not be uncomfortable with the labeling and being accused to be an
anti-Semite.

The accusation of being Anti-Semite also includes a big deviousness. It is a
commonly known fact that Judaism comprises both the religion and the race.
Consequently when ever you bring an argument against their religion you will
receive the accusations regarding being an anti-semite it is possible for the
opposite also. We Muslim do not take the accusation of being anti-semite
serious because when it is Judaism it is not possible to find the limits of the
religion and the race. It is not easy to clarify where the race starts and
where the religion finishes.

It is a term which is designated from the western world, we do not comment
neither in favor nor against this term until we find out what our opponents
mean. Our salaf also follow this path concerning the newly innovated words or
the terms from the outer world. In his commentary to the al-Aqidatu’t-Tahawi,
Ibn Abi’l-Izz al-Hanafi (ra) states the following while explaining “There is
nothing that can overwhelm Him“: “Explaining the haqq with the terms of nabawi
and ilahi sharri terms is the path of the ahl-sunnah… Ahl-haqq, ahl-sunnah and
ahl-iman considers itself as haqq of whatever Allah (swt) and RasulAllah (saw)
said, which has to be believed of and accepted. They may turn away completely
from the words of others or they may explain it in details.”
