This question is directed toward our Muslim brothers and sisters-
There is a reference in the Koran, Surah 87.19 in which the "Book of Abraham and "The Book of Moses" is mentioned. What books might these be? To what is the prophet specifically referring? What 'is' the "Book of Abraham?" What is the "Book of Moses?" Thank you. -------Original Message------- From: "Aqsa Jihad Fisabeelillah*"@nlpi037.prodigy.net Date: 8/16/2008 2:51:58 PM To: eGroup For Muslims Around The World Subject: Bismillah [IslamCity] Pray for help from Allah in Patience & Constancy Bismillah Hir Rahmaan Nir Raheem Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatuallahi wa barakatuhu Pray For Help 7:128 Said Moses to his people: "Pray for help from Allah and (wait) in patience and constancy: for the earth is Allah's to give as a heritage to such of his servants as He pleaseth; and the end is (best) for the righteous -- Surah Isra 17 verse 80 Say: "O my Lord! let my entry be by the Gate of Truth and Honor and likewise my exit by the Gate of Truth and Honor; and grant me from Thy Presence an authority to aid (me)." Praise be to Allah in all circumstances. I seek refuge in Allah from the state of those who go to Hell." Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah transmitted it, Tirmidhi saying this is a tradition whose isnad is gharib. Ameen
