Dear Arshad Sb.,
I must appreciate that you have tried to point out the
real reason for the grouping. This is positive attitude. Unless the root
cause is identified no solution is possible.
The rift started not mainly
because of participants (who was replaced by whom) but the way royalty was issue
was decided that few members (from Karachi) wanted an IMMEDIATE SETTLEMENT as
you have acknowledged. This created the impression among the other members
that few people are dictating their terms without consulting the others. The
dropping of Mr. Naeem & Imran was also taken in the same
context.
This rift can only finish if future course is so set that
actions are taken in consultation with all and opinions of others are not
bulldozed. For this certain structural changes will be required in ISPAK body as
well as MOA.
Let us unite again for the common cause.
