Dear Members ISPAK, Paid, Un-paid and waiting for Registration, AoA, General body members met in Lahore on 17th July 2001 and majority of the percipients approved the decisions which were recommended by General body members in Karachi on 7th July, Karachi. Mr.Azfar Manzoor WOL and DR.Shahid Farooq ALVI VP are preparing the detailed minutes of meeting. North ISPAK , which will be followed soon.
Mr.Malik Muhammad Khan Secretary of ISPAK is requested to prepare necessary draft of amendments to make it part of MoA and also to submit to Registrar under Companies Ordinance, 1984 to implement the decisions and manage election in the prescribed period that approved in General Body meeting in Karachi and Lahore. To fulfil the requirement of clause # 16-a of MoA of ISPAK. NOTICE TO BE VOTERS AND OFFCICE BEARES OF ISPAK. The last date for, to be voter of ISPAK has been fixed 25-7-2001, Those desirous to be voter and take part in the election or to be office bearers of ISPAK should pay their dues till 25-7-2001 (Registration Rs.5000/- once + Rs.5000/- annual renewal + Rs.10000/- Election fund) with other necessary information of power of attorney for representation/ nomination and under taking that balance Rs.20000/- will be paid with in the scheduled period to be decided by new elected Executive Committee.
