156 computer parts exempted from custom duty

ISLAMABAD: The
government has exempted 156 computer parts from duty in order to promote the
information technology, sources said Tuesday.
The sources said the steps had been taken
to make the computer hardware affordable to individuals and institutions. "The
whole country in fact has been turned into an export processing zone (EPZ) to
boost the software exports," they
